Awards Brunch

We are honoring our children with the presentation of Awards and Certificates for Oratorical, Bible Bowl, Scholarships and Creative Arts Festivals . There will be children's entertainment.  Seating by reservation only.  Please come to the registration desk when you register at the hotel and get your seating assignment.  Please remember All Sunday School children and younger are free.

Teen Outreach

The teens will play and serve together with the children at an inner city community center. Don't miss this opportunity to serve and have fun!

Order of St. Ignatius / Parish Council Dinner

St. Ignatius of Antioch and the Parish council combined dinner is on Saturday evening.  Cocktails will be at 6 pm and dinner will follow at 6:30 pm.  There will be a short business meeting for the Order.  Our Keynote Speaker is Rev.Fr.Emanuel Chris MD.  The menu is  Baked Goat Cheese Salad(Mesclum Greens, Granny Smith Apple & Walnut Vinaigrette), Roast Tenderloin of Beef(Herb crusted, Seared served with  Zinfandel, Peppercorn Sauce)  or Baked Stuffed Fillet of Sole(Lemon Sole with Crabmeat stuffing topped with Lobster Sauce & Chives). Chef’s Choice of Potato & Vegetable, Roll, Coffee,Tea and Dessert. The cost for this dinner is $50 plus$10 conference registration.

Waterfire Reception

Join in a final evening of fellowship as you witness the enchantment of WaterFire, an award-winning artistic installation that will illuminate the heart of downtown Providence.  Sponsored by The Order of St. Ignatius Pawtucket Chapter, experience the elegance of 100 sparkling bonfires and the calming aroma of burning cedar – all while you enjoy VIP access (closed to the public) to a stunning view overlooking the WaterPlace Park river basin.  Light food and dessert will be served, along with a cash bar.  A free shuttle will also provide curbside transportation. This event is free to all registered participants.
